I'm working very hard to have Insider done on time. The last thing I want to do is change the release date. I'll be disappointed and so will you guys. (I really thought I'd have it done early and be able to release it in August but July got so messed up that I've been playing catch up) I do have 40,000 words though!
In other news...
Had another freaky storm in Virginia today and heard the loudest thunder I've ever heard in my entire life. And if one more person says to me, "We need the rain," I might just lose my mind. We've had more rain this summer than any other summer I can remember.
Here's a peek:
“Wake up, Sophie,”
Caeden said against my ear.
“Go away,” I mumbled.
“Rise and shine,” he
said and shook me slightly.
“I’m going to stab you
in the eye,” I mumbled into the pillow.
“Ah, you wouldn’t do
that, you like my blue eyes too much.”
Sitting up I snapped,
“What is so important that you have to wake me up at-” I glanced at the clock,
“-seven o’ clock on a Sunday?”
I would threaten to do the same thing if it was me:)
