Insider Cover and Swag!

I am so happy to be able to share the Insider cover with you! I ended up deciding to change the cover model and then that needed some tweaks because her head was huge and it looked like Sophie was trying to eat you! (The picture I picked didn't have the girl's body) So FINALLY I can show it you. I love it!

A huge thanks to Regina at Mae I Design for creating two beautiful covers for me!

It's so awesome! I love it all but my favorites are the tote bags and magnets. I'm seriously considering wallpapering my refrigerator with Caeden magnets. Haha.

TEASER TUESDAY/SOME OTHER THINGS

On Saturday November 10th Melissa Andrea will be making a stop here on her blog tour for Flutter! Since Flutter is releasing in October (no exact release date yet) I will be doing a character interview! So be sure and read Flutter when it comes out so that if you have any questions for the main characters I might be able to include them!

TEASER TUESDAY:

“I think they’re closed."

Theodore looked at me, “That’s kind of the point.”

“You’re stealing a car!” I screamed.

“No, of course not,” he said and I relaxed. “I’m merely borrowing it. Now stay here for a minute,” he said. “I need to disable the security cameras and ditch the license plates.” He slipped out of the car like a shadow. His movements reminded me of ninjas you saw in movies. Quick, precise, and almost inhuman. I watched him maneuver around the parking lot in a way that kept him from the sights of the cameras. Then he jumped at the building and scaled the wall with his bare hands. What was he? Spiderman? 

Swag/Giveaway News

Since I put the Outsider/Insider giveaway on hold until the new covers are done it has given me the opportunity to gather more swag. Yippee! I ordered tote bags, coffee mugs, key chains and magnets! (I honestly don't know where I'm going to put it all!) With all this extra swag and the super long wait I've decided that there should be more than 1 winner! The grand prize winner will receive a huge box of swag (plus signed paperbacks of Outsider and Insider) and I haven't decided how many other winners there will be and what they'll get. Once I actually have all my swag in front of me I'll figure it out and post pics of what each winner will receive!!!!

It's a quote from Caeden's Extra when he first meets Sophie, it reads:

...I really hope you guys love this cover as much as I do...

....Deep breaths...

...Okay, drum roll please...

This guy looks so much like the Caeden in my head that it's scary! I really hope he looks like how you guys visualize Caeden, as well! The Insider cover needs some minor tweaking before I reveal it. Also, the spine and back cover still needs to be designed so I have no idea when the new paperbacks will be available (which means the giveaway is still on hold) If you're interested in buying paperbacks with the new covers just hold your horses and I'll let you know when they're available. (I am also going to TRY my hardest to set it up on here so I can sell signed paperbacks. I'm not very tech savvy so I'll have to track down someone who is, who can help me, haha)

Now for Teaser Tuesday! (This is Mara and Theo on a... 'road trip' if you can even call it that)

“Mornin’ doll face,” said gray eyes with a fake southern accent.

I looked around and saw the road all around us.

“Have you slept?” I asked.

He put a hand to his chest. “Are you concerned for my health? Doll face, I’m touched.”

I narrowed my eyes at him. “I just don’t want to get killed because you fall asleep at the wheel.”

“I’m fine,” he said. “This stuff really works,” he picked up a bottle of five-hour energy.

“How many of these have you had?” I asked, taking it from him.

“Uh… four,” he counted and then giggled. Yeah, that’s right, giggled like a little girl. “And I feel great!”

I've been looking at models for over an hour (I know, my job is just soooooo difficult, teehee) But I think I finally found the PERFECT Caeden! Eeeeeeek! I'm so excited! I can't wait to get the covers done so I can share them with you and FINALLY do the giveaway! Yay! Goodnight, ya'll!

Several Important Things

First off I want to say that book 3 will not be the last book in the Outsider Series. I'm going to do a 4th book! There's just no way that I can wrap up Caeden and Sophie's story in just one more book. I know some of you have been disappointed with the lack of action in Insider but you will see a lot more in books 3 & 4. ;) Plus, I have a lot of other awesome stuff planned.  I can't wait! When I'm done with book 4 I plan to also do a prequel about Sophie's parents. I think the prequel will end up being full novel length but it might be shorter and more like a novella. I won't know for sure until I plan it out and start writing. :) I also plan to continue doing extras so that you know how all the characters lives turn out. I might even do a spin off book or series but that's so far into the future I don't know for sure yet, it's just a possibility.
